Chance Encounters is a story about love-at-first-sight/soulmates/true love/fate. I know not everyone out there believes in such a thing, but as for myself, even though it was back in high school when I first saw my husband, I knew when he walked by and I saw him for the first time that he was meant for me and I had NO CLUE who this guy was and I even went as far as joking with the friend I was standing next to saying “I am gonna marry that guy”. Who knew! Anyway, as I was saying……..Chance Encounters was a sweetly written quick read for me. As you will be able to see by checking out my Book Details Checklist -if you are looking for a “Fifty Shades” book, this is not it. This is the kind of book you would let your daughter read – so go ahead and let your daughter read it too!

Sometimes other hearts have to break in order to keep yours intact.” That just about says it all for me…….my advice, always listen to your heart! 🙂
This was the first story I read of J. Sterling’s and I can say that I definitely liked it! BUT, as you will be able to see, there is definite growth in her writing and I am absolutely on board with reading anything else she dishes my way!

This book is so beautifully and well written that I could not put it down! I hate when love at first sight books are too mushy or cheesy, and this is not one of those books! J. Sterling does a fantastic job with making the reader feel the different emotions from heart breaking sad, to warm and fuzzy love!!
Even though there is no sex, the chemistry and story is definitely there!!
I’m so looking forward to reading more by J Sterling!
