Not only because she is a SUPER COOL woman (if you have met her you know how true this is), but because there is no question that TARA CAN WRITE and I will pick up ANY BOOK she dishes out! Many of you know Tara from her Chocolate Lovers and Playing With Fire series……if you have not read these books yet, I highly recommend that you do. It is so great to see that Tara can switch gears with her writing and she has shown us this again and again. First up was her Chocolate Lovers Series (and spin off the Chocoholics Series) …..need a laugh….read those books, they had me laughing out loud! Next up was Tara dabbling into a Romantic Suspense with the Playing With Fire Series, if you like a love story with steam (Navy Seals) and lots of twists and turns, A Beautiful Lie is where you should go. Then Tara brought us Watch Over Me… a more serious book, an emotional story that tugged at my heart and brought tears to my eyes. While it was a more emotional/spiritual book, Tara could still make me smile and laugh in her story-telling and I did not want to put it down.Now, we are given a NEW Twist from Tara! You get the best of everything that is Tara …. a mix of her writing styles/genres. I LOVED this book – it really was the perfect quick read (I did not want it to end). This was a fun, witty story with a mix of COMEDY(I did have to laugh at this one), a dash of SPICE (between the competitive kick-ass Kennedy who does not take shit from anyone & the OH SO swoon-worthy Griffin), had GREAT SUPPORTING CHARACTERS, and it had SUSPENSE with some twists and turns that I did not see coming. I could totally picture this being a movie/tv show – I know I would be watching it! I cannot wait for the rest of the books in this series and I highly recommend you to go ONE-CLICK IT NOW!!
